Rules of publishing

1. Webmaster can upload websites for publishing content one by one or using batch download from CSV-file. When downloading website to eTXT system Webmaster is able to set his terms of publishing content, i. e. time period, price, number of links etc.

Requirements for websites. Websites are not approved by moderators if they:

- contain information of porn, vulgar, violent character as well as content, published with violation of authors' rights or law particularly comprising appeal to violence, overthrow of the government, sex, race, religion, national discrimination etc., prohibited by current Russian legislation, or links leading to suchlike sites.
- contain viruses or viral advertisements;
- are not found in Yandex index;
- are overloaded with advertisement;

1.1 Published materials undergo moderation in the eTXT system. Content is on moderation while being checked. Content must meet some definite requirements to be accepted by moderator:

- uniqueness: text must not be published elsewhere in the Internet earlier;
- consistency of the narrative: text should be written for users, not for searching engines;
- grammatical correctness: text must not contain gross grammar, spelling, fact or semantic, style, etc. mistakes;
- text must not contain prohibited content of porn, vulgar, violent character, violate authors' rights or law, or comprise appeal to violence, overthrow of the government, sex, race, religion, national discrimination etc.

If the article doesnt meet the requirements, it is declined by moderator, acquiring the status declined by moderator. When the text is accepted for publishing it acquires the status accepted.

1.2 When adding a website Webmaster can choose the type of payment: Payment according to indexation or Payment for publishing (without indexation) put tick in the appropriate box.

1.2.1 If index marker is not correct/doesnt show the actual number of days the text is in the index of Yandex, Advertiser can pay Webmaster for publishing of the text with the help of the appropriate option it is possible to pay within the day of publishing.

General terms:

2. Advertiser should check content that was published by Webmaster within 7 days if not the request automatically changes its status from being on check to approved.

3. When checking published content Advertiser should pay attention to the completion of conditions stated in the description of the website. Advertiser should approve publishing only after checking. If content was not published according to the stated conditions, Advertiser changes the status of the request to under rework. If the quality of publishing does not satisfy Advertiser after rework, Advertiser can demand for a repeat rework (the number of reworks is not limited). The time of rework is up to 3 days.

4. If the content is not published by Webmaster within 3 days (which are given for rework) according to the conditions of publishing and comments and is not sent to Advertiser Advertiser can cancel the request. At that the text is relocated to drafts and Advertiser can choose another website to publish the text.

5. Advertiser has the property rights for the content even after it is published. Webmaster cannot use the text in any form (neither original nor edited).

6. When content is published and Webmasters service is paid Advertiser has the right to check the publishing of his text in any time and if the conditions of publishing were violated, make an application to the support office containing the request to recover money (if there are enough means on Webmasters balance). The status of the request changes to under rework or declined depending on the decision of the support service.

7. Webmaster must publish the accepted material within the period of time stated in the conditions. If Webmaster didn't state specified period of time it is automatically set on 14 days.

8. If the article was accepted for publishing but was not published within the stated period of time, Advertiser can cancel the request by himself. The status of the request changes from on publishing to canceled. Also the request can be automatically canceled if the article was not published within the stated period of time plus 3 days (or 14 days, if the period of time was not stated by Webmaster).

9. If the content of Advertiser doesn't meet the requirements stated in the description of the website Webmaster has the right to cancel the request specifying the reason of the cancellation. The status of the request changes from on publishing to canceled.

10. Webmaster has the right to make an application to the support service if Advertisers claims for Webmasters service are unjust, including multiple reworks of the request. The application will be regarded within 10 days. If Webmasters claim is fair the status of the request will be changed to approved. The decisions of Administration are not under contestation.

11. When the request is accepted Webmaster acquires the right to publish the content. Webmaster guarantees that the content will be published according to the Rules of publishing of content and will not be deleted. If the obligations are not observed the account of Webmaster can be submitted to penalty.

12. Means are automatically transferred to Webmaster's balance after content has been in the index of search engine Yandex for 30 days. The article has to be in the index of Yandex for 30 days in a raw or 90 days in total since the text was published.

Actions in particular cases:

13. If the article isn't in the index of Yandex for 30 days in total within 90 days (par. 13.1), but the text was published and is still found on the website, or the text was published incorrectly and is not found on the website (error occurs when trying to open the webpage) (par.13.2) and means were not transferred to Webmaster's balance, the status of the request changes to problem requests. Advertiser has to follow one of the patterns listed below:

13.1 Advertiser acquires new options: he can either pay the publishing or cancel the payment in his discretion. When the publishing is paid, means are transferred to Webmaster's balance and the status of the request changes to paid. If the payment is canceled, the status of the request changes to canceled. Meanwhile Advertiser can place the article in the section Articles/accepted and create a new request for the publishing on other website.

13.2 The request can be placed under rework (there is a corresponding option when the request is in the problem requests). In this case Webmaster has 3 days to publish the content correctly according to the rules of publishing and remarks and send it on check to Advertiser. If that is not done Advertiser can place the request under rework once more or cancel the request (than the status of the request changes to canceled).

13.3 The requests that were paid (when means have been automatically (or by Advertiser) transferred to Webmaster's balance) do nor emerge in the section problem requests. The indexation check of paid requests stops automatically.

14. If Advertiser paid the publishing himself (means were not automatically transferred) claims laid to the period of indexation of the content on the website are not considered by the administration if the text is found on the website.

15. If Advertiser paid publishing, but the text was published incorrectly and is not found on the website (error occurs when trying to open the webpage), Advertiser can send an application to the support service.

15.1 Paid request will be sent by moderator under rework if there are enough means on Webmasters balance. At that the status of the request changes to under rework and means (the cost of publishing) are locked on Webmasters balance. After the rework Webmaster sends the content on check and the status of the request changes to under checking. When the request is under checking Advertiser can choose one of these options: he can accept the publishing (if the conditions were observed by Webmaster), send on another rework or cancel the payment (if the content was not published according to the rules stated in par. 4).

15.2 If there are not enough means on Webmaster's balance to send the request under rework, Webmaster's profile can be blocked due to irresponsible attitude toward matters and unblocked only in case of compensation of the payment by Webmaster to Advertiser.

16. If there was no decision on problem request within 7 days since its status changed, the request automatically turns to canceled. Advertiser can create a new request for the publishing on other website.

17. When content is published for a month and successfully indexing by Yandex for 30 days the means are automatically transferred to Webmaster's balance. The status of the request changes to stopped. If needed Advertiser can extend the deadline of publishing (if there are enough means on Advertiser's balance) or cancel the extension. Option Extend the deadline of publishing every 30 days of indexation can also be used.

17.1 Advertiser can use such options as Extend the deadline of publishing and Cancel the request in the section stopped requests. When the option Extend the deadline of publishing is used, means are locked on Advertiser's balance as the payment for another month of publishing; the status of the request changes from stopped to accepted. When the option Cancel the request is used, the status of the request changes to canceled.

17.2 If Advertiser plans to publish his content for more than one month, but he prefers this type of publishing on this website, the option Extend the deadline of publishing every 30 days of indexation can be used when creating the request for publishing the content. If the box is marked, the status of the request won't be changed to stopped, instead each 30 days of indexation means will be locked on Advertiser's balance as the payment for another month of publishing and the publishing will be extended for another month. If the box is marked but there are not enough means on Advertiser's balance, the publishing will not be extended, the status of the request will be changed to stopped when paid period of publishing ends. Within 14 days Advertiser can extend the period of publishing manually after the balance has been topped up.

17.3 If the status of the request has changed to stopped and Advertiser did not decide whether to cancel or extend it within 14 days, the status of the request automatically changes to canceled. In this case the publishing cannot be extended within this request, new request on publishing of this very text is required.

17.4 If the publishing was extended by Advertiser the next day after the status of the request changed to stopped, the payment for the publishing of the text since the request was stopped and until it was extended is nor charged. That is why Webmaster can delete the article prior to the expiration of 14 days and cancel the request all alone (if the status of the request changed to stopped and publishing was not extended by Advertiser at once). In this case Advertiser has to create new request, if within 14 days he decides to extend the publishing but the article has already been deleted.

Index-checking: only unpaid requests are checked. The indexation check of the paid requests stops
