  • A .docx file wouldn’t open.
    .docx is a file extension for the Word format from the Microsoft Office suite. The .docx file extension has replaced the old .doc file extension. In new Microsoft Office versions, specifically in Microsoft Office 2007 and Office 2010, files are saved in new formats and with new file extensions, such as .docx, .xlsx and others, by default. Unfortunately, older versions of Microsoft Office can’t open such files. How to open a .docx file? You have several options. If you don’t have Microsoft Office supporting .docx files, install a free analogue of Microsoft Office that is OpenOffice.org3. OpenOffice supports .docx files, too. If you have an older version of Microsoft Office, you may download a compatibility pack for Microsoft Office 2007 file formats (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), so the older version could open .docx files. To download this docx-to-doc converter, please follow http://www.microsoft.com. If you need to open a .docx file without having to download any programs, you can convert your .docx files into .doc files here: http://www.doc.investintech.com/

  • What’s the difference between a rush order and a regular order?

    The difference is the deadline. For rush orders:
    - The author has to deliver the work within 10 minutes after the expiration of the agreed delivery term;
    - The delivery term varies from 2 hours to 2 days (the delivery term can’t be less than 2 hours);
    - Maximum time for revision by the author is 3 hours after the order is returned to the author for revision. If there are more than 30 minutes left before the expiration of the delivery term, the time left before the expiration of the delivery term is allotted for revision (30 minutes or more). If there are less than 30 minutes left before the expiration of the delivery term, the system automatically allows 3 hours for revision.
    - Maximum time for review by the client is 5 hours after the work is delivered to the client for review (If the author delivers the work before the agreed delivery term, the author has 5 hours + the time left before the expiration of the delivery term to review the work delivered).

  • How long does it take to review an order?

    The client should review the work within 5 days after the expiration of the delivery term and, if the delivery term has already expired (the work is being revised by the author), after the actual delivery. If the client fails to review the work during this term, the order is marked as “completed” automatically, while the funds are released to the author’s account. If the author fails to revise the work within 3 days, the order is marked as “expired” and the client decides whether to extend the deadline or to cancel the order.
    The client should check rush orders within 5 hours after the delivery. If the author delivers the work before the agreed delivery term, the client has 5 hours (allotted for review) + the time left before the expiration of the delivery term.

  • How much time does the author have to revise an order?

    The author should revise a regular order within 3 days after the order is returned for revision. If the author fails to deliver a revised order during this term, the order is marked as “expired”.
    The maximum time for a rush order revision is 3 hours after the order is returned for revision.
